Any actions performed intentionally / unintentionally to defame the club in any way shall be
grounds for expulsion.  This includes libelous and slanderous actions or remarks referencing of
any of the club sponsors or members.  Such actions are irresponsible and damaging to the
reputation of the club and any of our affiliates.

No littering of any kind including cigarette butts.  All members must transport a trash bag on trail
runs to remove the trash they bring in and any trash that they find from previous users.

No firearms, fireworks, explosives, or weapons of any kind are allowed at club events or trail       
rides.  This is a family friendly club.


As a member of the Cape Cod Jeep Club, your vehicle acts as an ambassador to the club. Safe
vehicle operation and courteous driving etiquette is essential to the public perception and future
of the club.

Members are responsible for the actions of all their guests.  This includes passengers and
sponsored guest rigs.


Minimum trail requirements are necessary for all trail rides.  Exceptions to these requirements
are on a case by case basis and shall be handled by a club officer.

All drivers either on or off road must have a valid drivers license and vehicles must be registered
and insured.

Safety restraints must be worn on all club rides and a safety inspection must be preformed prior
to departure.  This is for your safety.

In an effort to maintain a family friendly atmosphere, inappropriate language and behavior is not
permitted in the presence of minors.
